ISO9001 quality system cerificate, obtained by our supplier Sunwood Holding Group in 1999, enables the high quality consciousness and polishes technique of us to be closely related to ISO9001 quality management system. We manufacture according to ISO9001 standards, and the quality of our stuffed plush toys must comply with European EN71 and American ASTMF963 standards. The procedures from raw material pruchasing to product designing, from production to marketing are all strictly controlled according to requirements of our QC system. We presently emply 5 trained QC members.

In China, we have established a complete service network. All of our products bear a one-year warranty, namely, we will repair or replace our products free of charge in the event of defect in materials and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase. Because of the long distance from my country to your company, we are unable to establish our service network in your country at present, so we can not provide the same service to you like that to the clients in our country. However, we have already found a way to solve this problem. According to the statistics from our after-sale service, and our quality control requirements, the defects of our products are being kept under 0.4%. In order to make our oversea clients have a peace of mind to pruchase our products, we usually supply our oversea clients with another 0.5% products of their total purchase free for the purpose of after-sale service. That means when you purchase 1000 pieces of our products, we will give you another 5 pieces free of charge for the purpose of after-sale service.
