3. Signing Proforma Invoice/Contract
Signing proforma invoice / sales contract as final confirmation of agreements;
4. Production
Execute production according to proforma invoice. Our salesman will inform you our arrangement for production and shipping, and advise you each progress in time.
5. Inspection & Packing
Strictly carry out final inspection on quality & packing when each order is finished;
6. Delivery
Dates given by the company for delivery are estimated only but will be maintained as closely as possible. But the Sellers shall not be held responsible for the delay or failure in delivery of the entire or a portion of the goods due to Force Majeure. However, in such case the Sellers shall inform the problem to Buyers immediately by fax or e-mail and if it is requested by the Buyers, shall also deliver to the Buyers a certificate attesting the existence of such a case.
